Wow error known issue

I suggest to the developers to integrate the "Large Address Aware" into a wotlk client so players that expect just to download and play without any advanced interventions , to be able to play just like that ( to end the drama at known bosses as Lich King ' Don't loot , don't loot " because of the wow error that happens by default to 90 % of the players which doesn't any fancy advanced interventions after downloading their game. ) Or if that's not possible by whatever reasons , then at least publishing the tool called Large Address Aware as the tool that solve the wow errors once and forever , by one time " intervention process "

So what are those "fancy advanced interventions" 10% of the users do?, I just downloaded the game from the blizzard exes, years ago. Also also, the majority of users these days are running a x64 OS, and if I understand correctly, x64 users will not benefit from this, right?

You didn't understand correctly. Exactly and only ppl with 64bit windows / minimum 4 GB ram ( even if AMD APU's means minimum 3GB available, can use it )

Why the issue exist : Blizzard limited the wotlk client to use maximum up to 2GB of ram back in the days ( this tool allows the application to use more than 2GB ) You can read your errors in folder called errors its about " memory cannot be read etc etc " this simple tool solve those wow errors once and forever. But not everyone is going to think about those things as i know ppl " used to the issue , than thinking of how to fix it " That's why i suggest this tool to be somehow integrated into the wotlk client and that client to replace current one which ppl can download from ultimowow website ( there are speculation about few " OLD wotlk clients from unknown websites for me , that has that thing inside and that , they doesn't cause wow errors because of that " but i don't know where is that place to download that specific wotlk client ( and that's why i do manually with this simple tool called Large Address Aware. ( while they share that tool or get to any solution for more info how become part of those 10 % or even less % players that are playing without wow errors , can help one by one at discord : [FONT=arial]Shadownib#5184[/FONT]

To be more clear : Only people with 32 bit Windows cannot benefit from this tool. ( basically this tool and the forum link that i provide above is from 2010 year , that's why they mention those things , nowadays everyone CAN use that tool , since everyone has modern 64 bit Windows. )

Me and my friends are using the Large "Address Aware" tool and it looks like this : https://imgur.com/a/8eamy0X

3x clicks ( 1. find and select the wow.exe 2.check the box there 3. click SAVE ( and keep it minimalized for the first time u play , once u do that and once u close the game , you don't have to repeat those 3 steps anymore , the only thing is to keep that software in your computer )

Thank you, normally had constant crashes when arriving or leaving Dalaran, getting 2 fps on crystalsong forest and nearby zones with removal of the interface and/or black screen, followed by a crash, But not anymore, now a client crash is pretty rare, and the game runs so much smoother... Thanks!

There are so many things that you can do and improve and optimize , EVEN on very old 2004 ~ 2005 year PC with slow and old HDD with 4 GB RAM etc and 64Vram video memory ( its just recommended to have a Processor which supports 64 bit windows system , so you can upgrade some old DDR2 ram, just to make it 4GB + ) ... But i have been dealing even with that old PC's that cannot even support 64bit windows systems and the game was way way better after i optimized it , than how it was as default.

 

If anyone is interested can /w me in discord ( because i know for a fact even nowadays players which have modern PC and systems have many issues even if their HARDWARE runs at low % usage , there is different reasons for getting "freezing screens or fps drops " its not always the Hardware part :) my Discord for contacts is : Shadownib#5184

the minimum fps standard for this game is made at 24 fps ( the whole difference is ,if your game is optimized at that 24 fps spot or Not )

its just how the game was made.

By default you can say that you are lagging at 24 FPS , but if you optimize your game and PC properly , then you will see one different game experience at the same FPS number. Proved by me over the years.
